This is a strength training workout. This session will focus on proper form & technique in resistance training hitting the entire body. The goal of this class is to build strength & power.
This is a high intensity interval training for the full body that will make you sweat and burn calories for up to 48 hours. Each workout will be different.
H.I.I.T
This is a strength training workout that will focus on the proper form & technique for resistance training of the legs & glutes. We perform large muscle movements like squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more!
