Service Description
This is a strength training workout that will focus on the proper form & technique for resistance training of the legs & glutes. The goal of this class is to add curves to the butt & hip area while creating feminine shapely legs. To do this, we perform large muscle movements, for example: heavy squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more! Open to all levels, modifications always available.
